DEPOSIT POLICY

POLICY
The deposit is mandatory when booking each appointment and is used to confirm the appointment that you have arranged with your therapist.
The deposit is non-refundable as stated on the shopping page on purchase. Deposits are needed for each appointment booked to ensure attendance, this includes follow up appointments. If a deposit is not paid then the appointment time will not be kept and will be given away to others who want the time if the deposit isn't paid in the time requested.

LOSS OF DEPOSIT
The deposit will be lost through failure to attend the appointment, cancellation of the appointment or late attempts to reschedule the appointment.

RESCHEDULING
In the event of rescheduling an appointment then the deposit will be used for the new appointment made, unless the call/message to reschedule is made less than 24 hours before the appointment start time in which case the deposit will be lost.

EXCEPTIONS
Under special circumstance the deposit will not be lost. These include cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. forced closure of the clinic (e.g. due to COVID-19), or if the therapist is unable to go forward with the appointment due to injury, ill health etc. and rescheduling is not possible
