A thorough verbal and physical examination to determine the cause of and severity of your problem. Any diagnosis or treatment will be fully explained to give you a better understanding of your injury and confidence in the exercises you are given.
Follow up

After receiving a rehab plan at your consultation, follow up sessions will guide you through the plan and progress your treatment. This is the time to identify and address any problems with your treatment to keep you on the path to recovery.
