Consultation

A thorough verbal and physical examination to determine the cause of and severity of your problem. Any diagnosis or treatment will be fully explained so you can better understand your injury while having confidence in the exercises you are given.
Follow up

After receiving a rehab plan at your consultation, follow up sessions will guide you through the plan and progress your treatment. This is the time to identify and address any problems with your treatment to keep you on the path to recovery.
Deep tissue techniques performed on areas causing pain, soreness or discomfort. These massages aren't just for athletes but for anyone with tight or sore muscles.
Personal Training (Boxing)

Fitness sessions focusing on boxing pad work, skipping and body weight exercises. Each session will be tailored to your specific level and goals to give you the best experience and results.
Virtual Appointments
All services (except massage obviously) are available as virtual appointments to those who are unable to make it to the clinic.
